A quiet sea, ringing to the beat of a tabla
What this is. You stand on a small wooden jetty at dusk, over a calm sea. Press Play and a tabla plays a taal (a rhythmic cycle) using real recorded bols (strokes) — Dha, Dhin, Na, Tin and so on. Every stroke sends a ring rippling out across the water, and the sea's colour and swell shift gently with the layakari (speed) you choose.
Comfort. You stay in one spot the whole time — there is no walking or flying, so motion sickness risk is very low. There are no flashing lights; the ripples are smooth and slow even at the fastest layakari.
