PSHE
Problem, Solution, How, Execution: four levels that show how careers grow. The higher you go, the less you're told and the more you figure out yourself.
PSHE was created by Shishir Mehrotra at Google (YouTube). Where it comes from
This is a reflection, not a test. Most people sit at different levels on different projects, and every level matters: great execution is what makes good ideas real.

Where PSHE comes from
PSHE was created by Shishir Mehrotra while he led product for YouTube at Google, as a way to describe how product managers grow. Accounts date it between 2008 and 2011. He later co-founded Coda and is now CEO of Superhuman. Instead of measuring growth by how big your area is, PSHE measures it by how much ambiguity you can turn into clarity. In his words, "the best people create clarity out of ambiguity."
