Each year I eagerly wait for UXNOW, simply because this event offers everything that User Experience design entails. For UX updates you can definitely read articles from here & there. But can you imagine the who’s who of this field coming together under one roof to share knowledge worth million bucks.

Avi Itzkovitch

First speaker in the line was Avi Itzkovitch, he is founder of UX Salon based out of Israel. Avi interestingly made us understand how screens can be removed from modern age designs. At the same time the user experience could be better than before mostly using our senses like – sound, smell, light, taste and touch.

Rajesh Magow

Rajesh Magow is Co-founder and Group CEO at MakeMyTrip, he shared his insights about how UX now plays a major role in engaging and creating trust among users.

Sunandini Basu

Story telling is an integral part of every design process. Sunandini Basu, Design Manager – Microsoft shared the story behind Microsoft Edge’s launch of newer version.

Rajesh Dahiya

Rajesh Dahiya, Founder Codesign spoke how his life experiences as a kid helped him develop sense of design and shared his fantastic works with companies like Levi’s, Xylys and others.

Neha Saraswat

Neha Saraswat, Director – Incedo Inc showed how exposing ourselves as a designer and empathising the right way can get best results.

Samarth Gulati

Have your ever wondered how image searches could be done in much more efficient way! Samarth Gulati (Design Lead – StayQrious) showcased how AI could identify simple line drawings and give the best possible result.

Dharmesh BA

Dharmesh, Head D91 is a fin-tech genius, I call him so for a very specific reason. For his research to come out with a great financial product, he travelled down to rural areas and understood the reasons for poorly managed finances. His model is what rural sector needs on urgent basis.

Jaikant Singh

Jaikant Singh, Head Cedcommerce Inc with his innovative model for e-commerce platform enables disabled people in carrying out online purchases with much ease. His concept is a breakthrough and will help disabled to a great extent.

Jay Dutta

Jay Dutta, Head of Design – MakeMyTrip, the man with tons of energy and behind creative decisions at MMT and GI. Jay had interestingly put together summary of professional transitions happening from non-design to design fields. Also how design now at higher level is instrumental in generating better revenue models.

There were few others who have carved a niche in specific areas and are contributing in making user experience better for one and all.
