UXNOW – Annual Design Conference, New Delhi

Knock… Knock !!! Who’s there at UXNow 2019?

An entire galaxy of UX samaritans, game changers and creators.

UXNow with its theme – rethink, reimagine, reshape had a wide range of experts who are making a difference in the digital as well as the physical world surrounding us. It’s a rare sight to see social evangelist like Devika Krishnan, design heads like Vandana Abraham (Atlassian India) to spill the beans in public about their failures or Industrial Designer like Amit Krishn Gulati (Incubis) telling his side of the story – designing world famous mudras at Indira Gandhi International airport.

It was quite an enriching experience where topics such as How does design become more meaningful by Mario Van der Meulen (Principal Designer Foolproof, ex Creative Director Frog), or how viable is the concept of Designing for Everyone, Everywhere! by Anurag Arora (Emerging markets designer at Uber, Ex Twitter).

Itamar Medeiros (Lead Product Design Strategist, SAP Berlin) spoke about the challenges of working in bigger and cross cultural teams.  Most interesting and engaging was talk by Deep Kalra (Founder & Group CEO MakeMyTrip) about his journey and why or how in-house design team is capable of creating magic.

Experience Design like we know actually entails every piece or bit that makes user experience engaging, none should be missed or skipped. Jay Dutta and his team made the event life-size weaving every bit meticulously.
